Punjab: Three Khalistan Zindabad Pressure members shot down in encounter

The gunfight between members of the Khalistan Zindabad Pressure and joint group of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab Police happened within the Puranpur space of Pilibhit.
DGP Yadav mentioned the three have been recognized as Varinder Singh alias Ravi (23), Gurvinder Singh (25) and Jashanpreet Singh alias Partap Singh (18).
They’re residents of police station Kalanaur and are accused of attacking the Bakshiwala Police Station in Kalanaur in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district. Nobody was injured within the Bakshiwala incident, which happened not too long ago.
Amitabh Yash, further director normal (regulation and order), Uttar Pradesh Police, mentioned the trio was concerned within the grenade assault on a police checkpoint in Gurdaspur.
“The three sustained critical accidents within the encounter and had been instantly rushed to CHC Puranpur for therapy,” he mentioned.
The ADG instructed PTI that the three suspects later succumbed to their accidents.
Two AK-47 rifles, two Glock pistols, and an enormous cache of ammunition had been seized from them, he mentioned.

He mentioned this terror module is concerned within the grenade assaults at police institutions in border areas of Punjab.
