SC: Roll out meals security norms for packaged meals gadgets in 3 months | India Information – The Instances of India

NEW DELHI: Supreme Court docket on Wednesday set a three-month deadline for the Centre to implement meals security norms that make it necessary to show key details about packaged meals gadgets on containers. It stated the Centre should resolve amendments to Meals Security and Requirements (Labelling and Show) Laws, 2020, inside the interval.
