Sonia Gandhi assaults Waqf Modification Invoice as ‘brazen assault on Structure’

Attacking the BJP’s authorities, Sonia Gandhi accused the Modi authorities of systematically weakening democracy by attacking civil liberties, undermining federalism, and manipulating electoral processes. 

She urged Congress MPs to aggressively counter the BJP’s insurance policies and expose what she described as its “falsehoods” in each governance and electoral conduct.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the Modi authorities. Echoing Sonia Gandhi, Kharge mentioned that “We’ll talk about it as Parliament discusses”. 

Congress MP and Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) member Imran Masood introduced that the social gathering would problem the invoice in courtroom, echoing related plans by the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), a Congress ally. 

The opposition has alleged that the JPC ignored their issues and rejected all 44 amendments they’d proposed.

As political tensions escalate, the opposition seems decided to combat the BJP’s legislative agenda, each inside and outdoors Parliament.
