SS Rajamouli’s RRR, which received the Greatest Tune Academy Award in 2023 for its foot-tapping monitor Naatu Naatu, has obtained a particular shoutout from The Academy as they launched a brand new class, Stunt Design, which can honour excellent motion choreography in filmmaking.

Asserting the brand new class on social media, The Academy wrote, “Stunts have all the time been a part of the magic of films. Now, they’re a part of the Oscars. The Academy has created a brand new annual award for Achievement in Stunt Design—starting with the one centesimal Oscars in 2028, honouring movies launched in 2027”.

The announcement was accompanied by a poster of three movies – Michelle Yeoh’s Every little thing In every single place All at As soon as, Ram Charan and Jr NTR’s RRR, and Tom Cruise’s Mission Not possible – with the daring phrases ‘Stunt Design Oscar’ written throughout it.
