A day after the Sikh clergy pronounced the ‘tankhah’ (non secular punishment) for Sukhbir Singh Badal, the Shiromani Akali Dal chief on Tuesday carried out the obligation of a ‘sewadar’ or volunteer exterior the Golden Temple.
