“Singh was taken to an area hospital for medical examination which confirmed that he was below the affect of liquor”, the SP mentioned.
He was arrested for flouting the prohibition regulation, the SP added.
Sale and consumption of liquor has been utterly banned within the state since April 2016, when Chief Minister Nitish Kumar ordered “sharaab-bandi”.
