International reactions emerged after Trump’s declaration that the US will “take over” Gaza Strip, dismantle harmful weapons, clear destroyed buildings and facilitate financial growth.
Senior Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri rejected Trump’s technique, labelling it “ridiculous and absurd,” and warned it might destabilise the area.
Abu Zuhri stated, “Trump’s remarks about his need to regulate Gaza are ridiculous and absurd, and any concepts of this type are able to igniting the area.” He continued, “We think about them [the plan] a recipe for producing chaos and pressure within the area as a result of the individuals of Gaza won’t enable such plans to cross.”

Palestine Liberation Group (PLO) secretary-general Hussein al-Sheikh rejected any proposals to displace Palestinians from their homeland, as reported by Al Jazeera.
