Two minors in custody for gang rape in Belagavi

As per the criticism, the accused are acquaintances of the woman.

Belagavi police have registered a case towards three kids in battle with the legislation, beneath the Juvenile Justice Act and a few provisions of POCSO Act, following the latest gang rape of a minor woman.

Officers have taken two minor boys into custody on the cost of gang rape. Another is absconding. The alleged offence was dedicated on Could 6. The woman’s mother and father filed a criticism on Could 12.

As per the criticism, the accused are acquaintances of the woman. They’d befriended her and brought her to an agriculture subject on the pretext of celebrating a party.

A case has been registered.
