Ukraine, Russia conform to mass POW swap

Ukraine and Russia agreed to a 1,000-for-1,000 prisoner swap — the struggle’s largest — throughout their first direct peace talks in three years, in Istanbul. Kyiv is now pushing for a Zelensky-Putin summit and a transparent ceasefire plan.
