He accused the BRS authorities of enabling Andhra Pradesh to drift tenders for the Rayalaseema Raise Irrigation Scheme (RLIS) by suspending the Apex Council assembly. “The RLIS mission was accredited simply days after a secret settlement between KCR and the then A.P. CM Jagan Mohan Reddy,” he alleged. “Regardless of these blatant violations, the then BRS authorities remained passive. The Congress authorities is now contesting the unfair Krishna river water allocation of 299 TMC to Telangana and 512 TMC to Andhra Pradesh. Mr. Reddy mentioned to watch AP’s water withdrawals, the Congress authorities has requested the Centre to put in telemetry devices at 35 areas in Nagarjunasagar and Srisailam dams.

“Even when the Centre refuses to fund it, Telangana will set up the devices at its personal price,” he declared.
