A farmer in Sironj tehsil of Vidisha district, Madhya Pradesh, collapsed in shock after the native administration ran a tractor over his standing crop. The motion destroyed practically 30 bighas of crops, leaving the farmer, Moolchand, unconscious, whereas his spouse pleaded with officers to cease. Her cries went unheard.

Former Chief Minister and Congress chief Kamal Nath strongly condemned the transfer, evaluating it to British-era atrocities in opposition to farmers.
