YSR Congress Celebration (YSRCP) MLC Lella Appi Reddy has mentioned that the Nationwide Democratic Alliance (NDA) authorities is ‘conspiring to silence the questioning voice by not recognising the Opposition within the Meeting, thereby tearing aside the spirit of democracy’. 

Addressing the media on the YSRCP workplace on Wednesday (February 26, 2025), Mr. Reddy accused the coalition companions —TDP, JSP and BJP— of spreading a false narrative that the Opposition celebration standing was a mere political standing.

“The NDA companions are intentionally undermining the Opposition celebration standing to stifle the voice of democracy. The Opposition celebration standing comes with larger duty because it permits extra time to debate public points within the Meeting,” he mentioned.
